Hi there! Nice to meet you!Celiac life ain’t easy, let’s get through it the only way we know how!
Toronto has always been home to me, however, once I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at the age of 16, I felt alone and unstable. Over the years, restaurants have added more gluten-free options, and more individuals have begun to understand Celiac Disease and the severity of it. From these social and cultural changes, I now have the opportunity to eat at restaurants with friends and family. Toronto is truly beginning to feel like the home I had always imagined it could be! I am thankful for all the restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores that have made my life significantly easier, and I want to share my unique gluten-free finds with all of you, so you can all feel at home too! |
