Recipe: 2cups semi sweet chocolate chips melted 1cup chocolate sandwich cookies chopped (I used Glutino) Line a baking sheet that has sides with parchment paper. In a double boiler carefully melt chocolate chips. When melted, remove from heat and stir in chopped sandwich cookies. Pour mixture onto baking sheet. Smooth surface with a teaspoon. Refrigerate until firm (2 hours or more). Break into bark pieces. ENJOY❣️
